Gorgeous Georgius Designs offers custom and ready-made apparel and related items. Because many of our products are made to order or customized, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur and are considered normal.

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law

Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments may be made in cash/check or through Venmo.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, availability, or suspected fraud.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you and are final sale unless otherwise stated. Please double-check spelling, sizes, colors, and design details before submitting your order.

Gorgeous Georgius Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer at checkout.

Shipping & Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product and customization. Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within [X] days of delivery with photos and order details.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Pricing & Quotes​

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing may change if quantities, garment types, colors, or designs are modified after the quote is approved.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • Bulk orders will not be processed until payment is received in full, unless otherwise stated. 

Production Timeline

  • Production timelines for bulk orders vary based on quantity, customization, and current workload.

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided but are not guaranteed.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Proof Approval

  • If a mockup or proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details carefully.

  • Once approval is given, Gorgeous Georgius Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved, including spelling, colors, sizing, or design placement.

Returns & Refunds

  • Bulk and custom bulk orders are final sale.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of damage or errors caused by Gorgeous Georgius Designs.

  • Any issues must be reported within [X] days of delivery and must include photos and order details.

Limitation of Liability

Gorgeous Georgius Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
